Delivering on a quality assurance process for two standards-based organisational change and improvement programs, namely Enabling Environments and Community of Communities.Revising standards and developing approaches and instruments to enable measurement of performance against standards.Producing local and national reports to inform key stakeholders on progress against KPIs and guide long-term strategic aims.Planning and delivering events e.g., Annual Forum, learning events, workshops.Managing financial administration for the project and assisting the Program Manager with budget management and monthly forecasts.Liaising with professional organisations and stakeholders as required, including the Department of Health, Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership, NHS, Ministry of Justice and associated national bodies.

Lead responsibility for program development, quality assurance and compliance with National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund initiative. Creating a brand-new Community Day Programme, offering drop-in support, psycho-education and behavioural change programs for individuals with substance misuse issues. Creating and implementing transformational change programs based on behavioural change theories to reduce substance misuse behaviours and promote recovery. Engaging in effective partnership working with external agencies and stakeholders.

Collating and analysing data and producing reports related to prison projects in order to evaluate efficacy, inform policy and direct resources. Conducting pre and post programme assessment, engaging in structured key working sessions and facilitating offending behaviour group programmes. Preparation of progress reports highlighting prisoner engagement, safety, risk management and long-term recovery goals for participation in case conferences with internal and external departments and agencies.Engaging in positive stakeholder management and collaborative working to ensure continuity of care and effective partnership working.

Working as part of the Integrated Offender Management (IOM) Team, providing offender recovery oriented, end-to-end case management to offenders within the Borough of Greenwich. Including Greenwich Police Custody Suites, the Courts, and the Prison Estate.

Carrying out drug and alcohol misuse assessments with a focus on the psychosocial, physical, mental health and recovery needs of the client, a thorough explanation of the confidentiality procedures and treatment agreements, a comprehensive risk assessment and an initiation of outcome evaluation processes.
