I delegate where necessary and provided him with performance reviews and regular feedback.• Working with the payroll department to organise CHAPS and BACS payments, coordinating all new starter paperwork via our payroll platform.• Complete compliance checks, including insurance checks, right to work checks and contractual checks• Resourcing and recruiting roles ad-hoc• I was the sole contact working with all the client key account teams, arranging and setting up all new workers, issuing contracts and internal system work. DatumRPO have 8 clients all with individual systems which would action daily. • Working to strict SLA’s and KPI’s via the ticketing system and working to set client expectations• Attending client relationship days and continuously building internal relationships with the key account teams.• Receiving and resolving all complaints for the business. DatumRPO is a part of the Staffline Group as acquired in 2018.
