Working in partnership with clients and agencies they simplify the recruitment process, reduce costs, ensure legal compliance and provide complete visibility.In DatumRPO I was the sole point of contact for the 200+ contractors that we would payroll which has risen from c.100 workers when I started.• I have trained and supervised one member of part-time staff who came to the role with no experience. I delegate where necessary and provided him with performance reviews and regular feedback.• Working with the payroll department to organise CHAPS and BACS payments, coordinating all new starter paperwork via our payroll platform.• Complete compliance checks, including insurance checks, right to work checks and contractual checks• Resourcing and recruiting roles ad-hoc• I was the sole contact working with all the client key account teams, arranging and setting up all new workers, issuing contracts and internal system work. DatumRPO have 8 clients all with individual systems which would action daily. • Working to strict SLA’s and KPI’s via the ticketing system and working to set client expectations• Attending client relationship days and continuously building internal relationships with the key account teams.• Receiving and resolving all complaints for the business. I was responsible for:● Writing and placing creative adverts on various job boards to attract the best candidates for our roles via our own ATS. ● Screening and filtering CVs against the relevant criteria for the positions and completely all paperwork within a timely manner and with 100% accuracy● Pro-actively sourcing candidates using Linkedin and CV databases● Liaising with internal hiring managers and HR Business Partners and working closely with them to understand their requirements and business pressures● Hosting assessment centres on behalf of Nisbets to engage, assess and secure the right candidates for the business● Ensuring that all applicants receive a flawless candidates experience from initial enquiry to on-boarding ● Assisting the Recruitment Manager with the management of 3rd party supplier relationships● Offering ideas and solutions and acting as a consultant to ensure all roles are filled in a timely manner● Attending job fairs and working with the local colleges to onboard new talent.

Philpot Lane was a new concept Food to go Store owned by Tesco PLC, as it is the first of it's type, the whole dynamic of Tesco as a brand has changed to create a fresh, modern and exciting store. Due to the fact the store is the first of it's type and in a remote area, I will often brainstorm idea's in which the store can increase trade, such as changing the layout of the store and offers and promotions which would suit the local area. Tesco has launched a new Easy Entertaining range which piloted from our store, to increase publicity of this new product range I was selected to pitch the idea to local businesses and offer a product sample and directory. This lead to sales from regular clients and business development for the idea.

In my role at Hays I worked closely with temporary workers and clients from across the Southern London boroughs and the specialisms that I focused on are:-Administration/ Admin-Technical Support/ Tech Support/ Receptionists-Secretarial/ PA-Executive Assistant-Customer Service Assistants/ Officers As a first point of contact for all temporary workers I was to ensure they are satisfied in their new assignment through Hays and assisted with: - System Set-up- Payment queries such as BACs form set up and tax code forms;- Booking and calculating annual leave accumulation;- Answering vendor queries and guiding you through the system set up.Along with assisting the temporary workers with their needs I was given strict targets in which I needed to achieve to help maintain a growing business. This was done by achieving certain call targets, this allowed regular contact with the temporary staff but also with obtaining business development leads and acting upon them to build knowledge and business.Also the team was often audited by internal and third party companies, as a result it was important to ensure that all checks were completed thoroughly for each temporary member of staff. This included Passport/Visa checks, Proof of National Insurance along with previous employer reference checks.
