In this sales role, I was primarily customer facing. I also undertook larger responsibilities in the store, from stock take to managerial experience. Often acting as a second, leading the team and coaching sales techniques as well as ensuring the team felt properly educated on all products to best advise our customers, in order to suit their needs. This role also focused largely on return from sales, in profits and in the quality service provided, creating a win for the customer and a win for the store.
