CurrentManaging the recruitment process for Audit and Accountant professionals of all seniority. Screening calls with professionals and organising interviews.Organisation of the firms Open Days and Recruitment Events Liaising with recruitment agencies and their consultants that the firm has a relationship with, via telephone, face-to-face and MS Teams.Liaising with the firm's hiring managers.Giving feedback to agencies on outcome of their candidates’ interviews.Producing reports using Word, Excel and PDF.Producing offer letters and contracts.Obtaining new hire Right-to-work (passports, visas).Assisting the HR team with project administration and/or research.Updating the HR database.General administration duties.Exposure to all areas of HR with the opportunity to assist in ER meetings.
