In getting this internship, I am able to expand my knowledge in the field of interior design as well as architecture. I am able to visit different sites and learn more about retail and commercial design. I am improving my AutoCAD skills as well as SketchUp skills, and am making a lot of image boards. I was able to go on client visits, observe and find out what the client was looking for; help the customer make decisions about what they wanted. I created pieces that customers requested while being able to put in my own creativity. I was able to create all different pieces for different events. I learned how to make many different arrangements of flowers, and grew to love it.
