 Wind turbine generator (WTG) maintenance such as preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for the various model such as 600KW, 1.25MW, 1.5MW 2.1MW and 2.25Mw Troubleshooting in WTG components such as radiator, gear box and generator. Temperature and flow control monitoring of gearbox oil Bearing temperature and trouble shooting of generator bearing both drive and non-Drive Maintaining 5’s of the WTG. Verification of Torque as per the recommended check list(Nacelle, Hub & Tower), Troubleshooting & replacement of mechanical components of wind turbine generator Also Involve in Major Breakdown activity like Gearbox, Generator, Pitch slew ringManually Replacement work. SITE Execution:- Planning and execution of erection & alignment of Turbine generator structure and equipment’ s within the time limit To handle site independently & maintain daily progress Report about daily activities.  Plan and schedule maintenance timelines. SAP-CRM Notification Work NCR Work Resource management and material handling. Provide direction and support to execution team. Coordination with client.
