Led an incredible team across our Australian and Asian offices hiring the next generation of ‘Xeros’

Consulted the Department on a number of key Talent Acquisition projects including the redesign of the Talent Acquisition service offering, processes and structure, resulting in a reduction in time to hire of 30 days. Advised on the implementation of the recruitment module of Success Factors as part of a wider HCM implementation project.

Managed the Talent Acquisition Leads across Australia, responsible for all retail leadership roles across Coles Supermarkets, Coles Express, Coles Liquor (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor & Vintage Cellars) and state distribution centres.

Led our Talent Acquisition team of 65 nationally through our peak recruitment phase where we recruited over 15,000 team members, whilst implementing Success Factors and restructuring the talent function.
