I have over ten years’ experience working with the NatWest Group, which has provided me with a diverse knowledge in customer engagement. I pride myself on having a “can do” attitude and a keen focus regarding Agile principles. In addition to my core role which involves business change, customer journey, simplification, and continuous improvement, I am passionate about the DE&I agenda. I Co-chair the Lombard D&I Committee which involves shaping the Lombard DE&I plans, partaking in listening sessions with senior leaders, presenting at leadership meetings, and ensuring the DE&I messages are filtered down to my team as well as the wider group.
