Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after every served meal. This requires a variety of skills and attention to detail.Before the meal, I was responsible for setting up tables, ensuring that they are clean, and arranging utensils, glasses, and napkins in an appealing manner. I also was responsible for greeting customers as they arrive, showing them to their tables, and offer menus or specials.During the meal, I was responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and quickly. I worked closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure that food is prepared according to customer requests and thus is delivered hot and fresh to the table. I was also responsible for making recommendations and answering questions about the menu whenever asked.After the meal, the busser is responsible for clearing plates and utensils from the table, cleaning up any spills or messes, and resetting the table for the next customer. They may also offer dessert menus, take orders, and deliver desserts to the table.Throughout the meal, I had to be attentive to customer needs, ensuring that drinks were refilled, special requests were honored, and any issues were promptly and professionally addressed. I worked closely with other staff members, such as servers and kitchen staff, to ensure that everyone is working together to provide excellent customer service by providing a positive dining experience.
