It was my responsibility that the visiting team's coaching staff and players had everything they needed to be comfortable and prepared for the game. Throughout the team's stay, I remained in close communication with the coaching staff and players, regularly checking in to ensure that all their needs were being met. If any issues arose, I worked quickly to resolve them, often coordinating with other members of the Hartford Athletic staff to ensure that everything ran smoothly.
