At Studio Mosaic (formerly Mosaic Strategies Group), I led a creative team of five, collaborating closely with accounts and project management to deliver client-focused objectives across nonprofit, tech, and education sectors. As the sole creative lead for the company’s largest client, I managed a diverse range of creative services, from social media content and HR materials to stadium signage, machinery design, environmental design and packaging. Handling 20-30 projects weekly, I completed impactful website redesigns for high-profile clients, averaging 3 months or less for the lifecycles of each web dev project.

Managed marketing, design, and all other aspects of the Festival which contains over 35 presenting spaces, showcases 300+ regional and international artists, and attracts upwards of 8,000 visitors from throughout the Greater Newark Metro Area. Administrator: ArtStart Grants Program An annual grants program (grants range from $500-$3,000) that provides funding to individual artists and organizations looking to offer programs in Newark's neighborhoods and communities, particularly where access to the arts is limited or non-existent. Ran numerous information sessions each grant year and oversaw the entire grant cycle from promotion through the application, review, and awards process. Worked with 10-12 grantees throughout the year and helps to promote their projects as well as provide assistance throughout the implementation process.Special Events Assistant: Fundraising Committee (2010 to present)A subcommittee of NAC's Board of Directors responsible for the planning and implementation of all fundraising and donor cultivation events and initiatives. Since 2010, participated as an active member of the committee and provided graphic design/art direction for all printed materials, web design, and other creative elements. She has helped to raise over $450,000 through galas, online fundraising campaigns, silent and online auctions, and other cultivation events.

Iandor Fine Arts exerts a global focus dictating an emphasis on significant contemporary museum-quality works of art that is designed to acquaint the novice and yet stimulate the incentive of the most expert collector. The works of established and select emerging painters, sculptors, and photographers are installed with a visual dialogue that is curated to further explore the issues of the artists and their cultural mediation as it relate to what the viewer sees. Iandor Fine Arts (IFA), located in Newark, New Jersey, is the repository of the Norman W. Lewis Estate. Norman W. Lewis (1909-1979) had a very illustrious career that began post Harlem Renaissance. He is known as one of the great Abstract Expressionists, being the only African American abstractionist of the New York School of Abstract Expressionism in the mid-20th century. Rogue Video is the vision of independent curators Jeanne Brasile and Jade Ariella Lien. After perfecting the mobile set up which is comprised of projectors, power inverters, a portable DVD player and an automobile, they decided to continue these mobile art projects under the name Rogue Video. It is outside of the confines of the gallery that they discovered their creativity can run free and literally leap tall buildings in a single bound.Personal statement:I seek to develop exhibits that call on both artists and audiences to engage themselves on the most intimate levels and inspire dialog that transcends that which occurs in a traditional gallery setting. Content that requires a participant to pause, to reflect, and most importantly, to react is what I’m after. Rogue Art is about abandoning a linear way of thinking, becoming fluid and liberating artists and curators from the four white walls and allowing them to capture the immediacy and reality of any given location.
