After the pandemic reshaped my career trajectory, I saw an opportunity to pursue my lifelong passion for motorsports. Leveraging my bilingual proficiency in French and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations from the University of Nevada, Reno, I transitioned into the world of racing and motorsport event management.I began my career as a Team Coordinator, gaining valuable experience with some of the most prestigious sanctioning bodies in motorsports and contributing to high-profile events at the pinnacle of sports car racing. In this role, I managed a broad scope of responsibilities, including travel coordination, accommodations, catering logistics, and team communications, ensuring the smooth execution of each racing event. This position placed me at the heart of operations, allowing me to apply my logistical expertise while thriving in the dynamic, high-energy environment of race day.In 2023, I transitioned from working exclusively within motorsports teams to joining Pace Six Four, an award-winning motorsports marketing agency. This role allowed me to immerse myself in a differnet facet of team success - supporting teams through strategic marketing initiatives and sponsorship development. I planned and executed events for clients and driver ambassadors, focusing on their United States-based engagements. I also had the privilege of being introduced to the team sponsorship side of motorsports, gaining valuable insights into fostering partnerships and securing long-term success for both teams and drivers.Currently, I work as the Hospitality Operations Manager for Prema Racing in the NTT IndyCar series. This newly developed program connects Prema's rich history and incredible legacy in Europe with an exciting new chapter stateside in Indycar. By creating and executing a world-class hospitality experience, we aim to reflect Prema's storied reputation while establishing a lasting presence in this prestigious series.
