Duties and Tasks• Perform office duties in support of faculty, staff, and/or student efforts, including word processing, data entry, maintaining files, processing mail, and duplication.• Provide training, instruction, and technical advice for faculty and staff on operating Polycom media software and hardware.• Assist with the coordination, management, and development of part-time and student employees.Additional Job Specific Duties• Verify the identity and status of students requiring testing.• Explain Online Testing procedures and monitored students as they test.• Administer exams as instructed.• Report all unusual events taking place during the test. Report all irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
