My role also involves administrative work for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). As well as, developing amortization schedules, and posting appropriate Journal Entries, and supported the capital accountants with capital projects and process. Additionally, I helped real estate accountants with the budgeting and forecasting processes to provide to our clients. I thrive in a collaborative environment, where I leverage my high achieving skillset to take on additional tasks that are typically not associated to this specific position.
