• Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of trade compliance processes for Coupang businesses teams while focusing on risk, process improvement, reduction of execution costs and increased efficiencies for Coupang Taiwan.• Build strategic partnerships with and influences key business unit leaders by researching and building expertise on trade compliance opportunities and risk to facilitate the various import/export models Coupang employs.• Use a thorough understanding of trade compliance laws, regulations and practices to build businesses cases to drive compliance efficiencies while monitoring operations related to trade activities in Taiwan.• Ensure trade operations are compliant by conducting internal audits on essential topics including, but not limited to, classification, valuation, import requirement, and recordkeeping.• Help govern Customs broker(s) and forwarder(s) to facilitate the supply chain for both B2C and B2B.• Develop and implement relevant metrics to measure trade compliance effectiveness and progress• (Help) provide awareness trainings on various trade compliance topics (e.g., country of origin, import requirement, valuation)• Support Coupang Taiwan with any regulatory engagements (e.g., audit, inspection)
