Iphone Camera&Touch ID module quality managementResponsibility: Support Apple new project (Iphone4,Iphone4S,Iphone5) from engineer build to mass production, As EE parts DRI, responsible for Iphone electronic components supplier quality management and ensure material incoming quality level in OEM and meet products material requirement for mass production. 1.Co-work with R&D and IE to perform DFMEA/PFMEA,review components design and assess process risk based on system assembly and help to figure out improved solution2.As SQE DRI,working with engineering team to qualify new product and process and solve all material issues in engineer build 3.Leading IQC incoming inspection, publish SIP&SOP, do training for IQC operators,incoming quality issue disposition4.Prepare supplier material quality weekly/monthly report/MIL,review suppliers’ quality data to monitor material performance and feedback to supplier for continuous improvement5.Failures Initial analysis, analyze & handle all the abnormal feedback from IQC, production line & customer or field return, track supplier FA/CA report,8D report6.When MP release, audit and assess vendor key process capability and review quality level, establish procedure related to supplier quality management,finalize yield targets7.Supplier audit,review quality level and yield goal,follow up quality issues and yield targets8.Onsite support in supplier side to do SI, maintain material incoming quality level.
