Oversee and coordinate 2 or more sporting and recreational leagues and events weekly, including in-person and online leagues. Strategize and execute weekly intramural sports leagues and tournaments, involving over 500 participants each quarter.Serves as the Programming and Marketing Lead in which the role includes creating marketing posts for our upcoming events as well as creating upcoming events. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and perform data analysis, including scores and participation metrics.Provide support in the nightly management of facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.Apart of the Intramural Hiring Committee

My job includes working for different events for the City of Marysville as well as over the summer, working at the Parks and Rec summer camps.Tasks included managing 50 kids a week ranging from ages 6 to 11. Also included feeding them, and providing arts and crafts for the kid as well as maintaining a good relationship with the parents as we represented the city.
