In the spirit of personal continuous improvement, I am looking to take my career to a new level, where I can build upon my diverse technical and Agile leadership skillsets. I am open to LEADERSHIP ROLES for Engineering or Program Management teams that value agility. These managerial roles will allow me to leverage my talents in Agile coaching and servant leadership, while also allowing me to expand on my interests in operational excellence and lean management.I am also interested in the role of PRODUCT MANAGER or AGILE PRODUCT OWNER, where my technical background, collaboration skills, detail-oriented story writing capabilities, and Agile/Scrum experience will serve as a firm foundation. The Product Manger/Owner role will allow me to collaborate more with business stakeholders and customers for a solid product vision with optimal value delivery.BACKGROUND:My professional experience started in development test engineering, working closely with developers to test and automate the tests for software features. This required an in-depth knowledge of specific features. I expanded my skills to system testing, which required a detailed end-to-end understanding of product solutions, as well as the ecosystems used to support and manage them. My system testing role exposed me to customers, vendors, and customer support personnel, each of which contributed to the design requirements that had to meet their specific needs and challenges. I was promoted to a technical leadership role as I played an active role in training the engineering and Customer Advocacy team on how to build and debug the system test environment.Then, the big Agile Transformation happened...and it rocked my world! While going through Agile/Scrum training and working closely with Agile coaches, my interests shifted from software/system bottlenecks to finding team impediments. Now, having worked with many teams in different companies through their Agile Transformations, I am ready to again shift my focus from the micro, 'team' level, to the macro 'program' and 'product' level.
