Jade Ondrik has built a dynamic career that combines creativity, leadership, and a deep commitment to supporting others. With a background in the performing arts as a singer, actress, and dancer, Jade developed a strong foundation in communication, collaboration, and adaptability. These skills proved invaluable as she transitioned into leadership roles, including her work at CNIB Lake Joe, where she led programs for adults, children, and youth, empowering individuals to live with greater independence and confidence.Currently, Jade serves as the Volunteer Liaison for CNIB Guide Dogs, supporting the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention of more than 300 volunteers from coast to coast. In this role, she plays an integral part in the growth and success of the rapidly expanding Guide Dog program, which provides life-changing support to individuals living with vision loss. Jade is passionate about fostering a community of dedicated volunteers, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to thrive in their roles.With a unique blend of experience in program management, volunteer coordination, and stakeholder engagement, Jade is driven by a desire to create positive change and empower others to reach their full potential. She continues to make an impact through her work with CNIB and beyond, always focused on service, inclusion, and creating opportunities for meaningful connection.
