Projects include, but are not limited to:- Led, created and implemented visual branding and design for the USAV 2024 Olympics and Paralympics Paris campaign, including the USAV Paris emblem, social media toolkits, print amd team apparel, fan posters, and more;- Led, created and implemented branding and design for the indoor jr. national championships event series, specifically the 2025-2028 series marks, print, and digital design materials, including bid-winner and champion toolkits, champion ribbons and award banners, event venue dressing, way-finding, marketing materials, large-scale USAV booth panels, and more;- Provided creative design direction for the new USAV Education Coach Academy tiered program, including branded module assets, diagrams, Gold Live Session assets, and other print and digital educational and marketing materials; - Illustrated and provided creative direction for the new Harassment Preparedness Plan modules.Assisted in creating and implementing a streamlined graphic design process between the MarCommCreative and Events departments, specifically for jr. indoor event directional signage, entrance units, and credentials. Occasional travel to jr. national events—including training series, qualifiers, and championships—to assist with social media coverage, capture high-quality photo/video for curated content, on-site marketing and promotions, support VIP guests, and more. Serves as a member of the USAV Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Staff Committee and as a member of Team USA’s staff (USOPC) community resource groups, including the Women’s Community Resource Group and the Pride Link Resource Group.Experience sitting on multiple hiring committees, assisting in the interview and decision process.
