I cultivate and sustain key relationships with foundations, donors, and key government agencies, including Environmental & Climate Change Canada, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and Health Canada. I oversee four national caucuses focussing on biodiversity, sustainable development goals, chemicals management and environmental assessment. As the organization's spokesperson, I advocate for RCEN's priorities while fostering national resource-sharing and collaboration among members.

My responsibilities included creating newsletters, maintaining a dynamic social media presence, and organizing educational sessions. Additionally, I handled hiring, training, work plans, and performance reviews for employees. During the pandemic, I guided the organization through the transition to remote work, prioritizing staff and volunteer safety and mental health while ensuring continued productivity.
