Promotion through tradeshows, workshops, direct sales, FAM Trips and Press trips; PCB also focuses on developing relationships with local ambassadors to help bring large events to Prague.• In 2007 the PCB was about to close its doors, there was no funding, no local support and no direct return on investment for the members and the destination.• As a new Director, I created a complete new concept, with new member’s benefits, new strategies, defined processes and goals.• Responsible for the entire Prague Convention Bureau team of 8 which included a small Marketing team, Business Development Manager, Associations Manager, Corporate Meetings Manager and a small team of Customer service personnel along with a team coordinator. • Was able to double membership in the first year with increased membership fees, secured funding from various levels of government and started a sponsorship program which today makes up more than 25% of our annual budget.• Created all promotional materials and built new website with an extensive RFP system.• Created the first ever Ambassador Program which involved over 100 local Ambassadors, all of the local PCO’s and involved both municipal and federal government support. This program is still successfully running today. • By 2010, the PCB has increased its budget by almost 300% from its initial budget in 2008• As PCB Director, was nominated as Czech Top Tourism Personality of the year in 2008 and 2009
