At Ragstock, I built a positive rapport with customers through assisting in styling and providing exceptional customer service. I enhanced productivity by categorizing and organizing merchandise and files. I created eye-catching visual merchandising displays and coordinated with the director of merchandising to make sure I was conveying company's vision. In addition, I trained new hires for the sales associate roles.

As band manager I booked shows at small/medium sized venues and created booking contracts. I created and implemented a media plan for promoting the band's social media which increased followers and engagement. I took photos/videos of performances for social media promotion. I exemplified strong communication skills through advising band members and coordinating with industry professionals.

At Social, I developed communication skills through assisting customers with bridal registry selections, created window fronts and displays throughout the store to sell merchandise, and assisted the owner by making deliveries or picking up shipment orders for the store.

I researched music and media and wrote daily music news segment scripts which were later recorded and aired on the station. I assisted the production team and exemplified hospitality and professionalism by assisting with artist relations and backstage operations. I also shot still photographs of bands during their in-studio performances which were then posted to Ditty’s social media.

At Belmont Army, I worked on the vintage clothing floor. I would open and close the store and sort, price, steam, and organize clothing. I Would also assist customers in styling and buying decisions and operate and conduct transactions on register. Finally, I had access to company social media, and improved online presence.

Helped a diverse group of students with career development, including resumes, cover letters, and interview questions. Planned 10+ Career Center events, serving 1,000+ students, including job fairs, pop-up events, and seminars while promoting theCareer Center resources. Collaborated with team members to conduct FOCUS2 project, providing feedback on the new career exploration system by identifying and pitching key marketing messages to help the career center board effectively communicate its existence and value to students.
