Whilst working for the G4S-managed Restart Contract with Halton Borough Council, I managed a caseload consisting of up to fifty participants, supporting through two-weekly appointments. I focused on guiding my participants back into employment by going over in-depth the procedures required to support them back into long-term employment. This support included CV and cover letter support, researching and enrolling in training programmes to broaden their skill sets, putting together high-quality job applications, and researching various, relevant industries where the participants could find employment, teaching them how to explore the job market both independently and successfully.I was able to build quality relationships with the individuals I worked with and gain trusting relationships. These relations enabled me to support them with external issues that could potentially impact their journey into getting into work; this involved signposting to internal and external companies that are specialised to help, including mental and physical health, housing, life changes, and money management.I left this role due to the contact coming to an end.

Managed my own caseload of up to 50 clients every week at two probation sites. Supported a wide variety of individuals overcome barriers that prevented them from entering into employment, training, and/or education. Built excellent relationships with numerous agencies, officers, and clients. Successfully securing work and training for the individuals I was working with. Stayed organised across several systems to update information and documentation for service users while ensuring KPIs are met and maintained at a high standard. Created and revised job documents such as C.V's , cover letters, and disclosure letters. Provided excellent customer service to a wide spectrum of participants and employers. Soft skills were developed through training in time management, problem solving, and effective communication. 1-on-1, face-to-face, phone, or group appointments for their ETE. Achieved 'Outstanding' in my observations.My reason for leaving was due to being made redundant.

I have previously worked as a Resourcer recruiter at Millbank Holdings. I have worked closely with recruiters at all levels of experience, learning how to search for suitable candidates for the roles I am working on, sending off strong CV's for the relevant roles, and securing roles for suitable candidates. I left this role following being recruited for Maximus UK as an employment advisor for the probation service.

Due to a sudden relocation, I was fortunate enough to be accepted for a role at an umbrella company in Frodsham within five days of returning to the North-West. Despite the fact that my time there was limited, I made the most of it by learning as many new and transferable skills as I could in order to apply them to a long-term career in the employability sector.My responsibilities included providing customer service, assisting with payroll and compliance, and managing the company's and contractors' expenses. I was able to improve my transferable skills in multi-tasking, increase my knowledge of umbrella and CIS payroll, how expenses are handled, and develop new skills by dealing with multiple roles. This position allowed me to re-establish myself and pursue my goal of working in the recruitment industry. My reason for leaving was because I accepted a role as a resourcer at Millbank Recruitment.

I independently handled a case load of up to sixty participants at the Reed in Partnership Restart Scheme, coaching them all back into the workplace. I placed multiple participants in suitable job roles, meeting my monthly job start target and ensuring that the participants I did get back into work were supported during the acceptance of the role, process, and time on the job until they felt comfortable.I collaborated closely with internal recruiters, assisting in the organisation of job fairs by tailoring them to the current needs of the participants, resulting in a number of successful placements.I made sure that each meeting was efficient and moved participants to the next step in getting ready for work, such as signing them up for skill training sessions such as CV writing, interview skills, and how to enhance their transferable skills, with weekly meetings alternating between face-to-face, phone calls, and action plan reviews.My reason for leaving this role was relocation.
