My role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist requires me to carry out the following duties: • Maintaining and improving an efficient recruitment and sourcing model• Conducting recruitment processes that deliver consistent, high quality candidates for the organisation• Liaising closely with stakeholders with regards to role briefs to ensure the highest calibre of candidates are sourced• Creating shortlists of candidates that I feel would be a perfect fit for a role in this organisation• Sourcing, interviewing, and offering roles to a plethora of candidates that meet stakeholder requirements • Creating contracts for new employees and assisting with the onboarding process.

• Develop strategic business relationships through strong relationship networking.• Negotiating sales contracts and rate schedules• Source, interview, assess and select a wide range of applicants for various positions (experience in temporary, permanent, Trainees and Apprentices)• Coordinate and manage the interview process from job advertisement, job order profile, reference checks and offer whilst following the recruitment methodology and ensuring open communication• Maintain and support growth within existing client relationships by delivering superior customer service and supplying quality candidatesProvide ongoing and supportive coaching and feedback to our employees to develop individuals capabilities• Maintain and update recruitment records and systems database management• Mentor and assist in the development on Trainees and Apprentices• Provide positive and constructive feedback and advise to clients to assist in the development of Trainees and Apprentices• Deal with apprenticeship centers and sign up information• Developed company social media page (Facebook) and assisted in various rebranding projects.
