Infineon is one of the largest semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. I joined their Asia Pacific headquarter in Singapore as customer logistics management specialist. I am the focal contact for the distributors in Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. I am in charge of all supply chain related matters and develop strategic relationship with the distributors, review their feedback, identify and work with internal stakeholders on areas that require improvement so as to enhance quality service and customer satisfaction. I also perform a variety of data analysis and present findings to management, internal stakeholders, and customers with the overall objective of enhancing customer logistics experience. I also maintain and try to exceed customer satisfaction through prevention/mitigation of supply interruptions and contribute towards the achievement of quarterly revenue targets. I am also in charge of on-time delivery to customers based on orders and forecasts by managing end-to-end demand supply fulfilment.
