• Served on a contract basis supporting the CEO and COO/President of an international direct response marketing agency with heavy calendar management, travel planning and facilitating internal/external communication.• Prepared for staff meetings and client presentations by updating reports, distributing documents and ensuring onsite and offsite set-up was complete.• Coordinated all travel arrangements, including airline, hotel and ground transportation, both domestically and internationally, and prepared travel itineraries.

• Served on The World Race, an 11-month service trip to 11 different countries within Central America, Southeast Asia and Africa, and provided support for a different non-profit organization in each country.• Managed the team budget for 4 months which required ensuring funds were allocated appropriately to the hosts and team throughout each month, and handling all communication with the home office.• Raised up as a team leader in which responsibilities included peer-to-peer mentorship within the team, remote office communication with leadership in the States, fostering a relationship between the team and host contact each month, and daily task management to ensure projects were completed on time.

• Responsible for list management at NOVA Marketing Solutions and overall marketing strategy for the company which included re-branding projects and email promotions.• Assisted direct marketing executives at the agency with donor acquisition by providing mailing list recommendations based on data analysis and extensive list research to deliver successful campaigns.• Collaborated directly with the digital team in handling the high volume of email campaigns for political candidates during election season and handled all communication throughout the approval process with clients.

• Successfully coordinated The ArcAm charity golf tournament and after-party event, Party at the Point, which together raised more funds than any other tournament for The Arc of the VA Peninsula.• Created all promotional print materials and established an online presence with email marketing, social media and a new website to promote awareness and secure attendees though an interactive marketing campaign.• Led overall re-branding for the event by collaborating on the design of a new logo, while ensuring all marketing initiatives were consistent with the new branding.• Served as the primary liaison for communication between all corporate sponsors, as well as individual attendees.

• Supported a core client program, Walmart, with the re-launch of their TV delivery and installation program by developing a portal re-design, a store playbook, and an Excel-based sales forecast for the Walmart program• Led the Interns in Action philanthropic program by coordinating a care package drive for Foster Care to Success, which I had established with the company the previous summer• Recognized as the winning team in the Intern Venture Competition in which we established and presented a new business concept of a web-based marketplace to the senior executives
