Tanzania

Project: Upgrading of Songea-Namtumbo Road to Bitumen Standard, 72 kilometers including 6 Civil works Bridges and related concrete work e.g. drainage, the pavement construction and earthworks. Contracted in, to take over the management, the maintenance and the demobilization of the sizeable fleet of machinery. The equipment fleet includes: 2 batching plants, 2 crushers, wheeled loaders, excavators, bulldozers, tipper trucks, road paver, tractors, pick-ups… with brands such as Caterpillar, Dynapac, Atlas Copco…

Turkménistan

Manufacturing formworks and specific products made of wood and metal for all Bouygues worksites in Turkmenistan (Activity:2010: 562 M€; 2011: 290 M€)- I supervised a staff of 4 foremen, 65 qualified workers, 1 Design Engineer and 1 Assistant.- We improved the turnover from 2 M€ in 2010 to 4.5 M€ 2011 due to the improvement of production technics and the efficient of the internal commercial strategy.

Manufacturing of wood made formworks and specific products, for all Bouygues sites in Paris area.- I supervised a team of 1 foreman, 14 qualified workers, 1 assistant- We penetrated an almost closed market thanks to commercial strategy, cost reduction and flexible deliveries. We developed new products with some worksites which received Innovation Awards. - I also designed most of the formworks on Autocad and edited programs for the BIESSE CNC for the CNC cuttings.The turnover of the activity was 1.5 M€ in 2009
