I led and developed a diverse workforce of 75 personnel and 20 contractors across the Pacific region, with further responsibilities for procurement, energy transition, contract management, strategy planning and change management.Business Development included contract negotiations for Electrolysers & Hydrogen Refuelling Stations (HRS), green ammonia feasibility study for Gibson Island, Port Pirie & Bell Bay. Hydrogen liquefaction feasibility study for Port Bonython and transport to Japan. Aligned Pacific hydrogen strategy with wider AL Group for mobility, mining, green steel and green ammonia. Led FOIK BD project in QLD.Procurement and Contract management included working as Head of Procurement, leading the national team. Led the procurement, AS4000 contract negotiations and commercial terms. Resolved contract disputes and managed claims along with variations. Prepared the contract strategy, negotiated renewal and re-signed four long-term contract extensions with major pipeline customers worth $280 million, securing future long-term viability for production plants. Responsible for yearly purchase of 240GW electricity and contract management.
