CurrentAchieve all wealth sales and retention targets, for all products (mutual funds, segregated funds, payout annuities) across all distribution channels by developing and managing various forms of sales promotionExpand and prospect for new advisor relationshipsEffective execution of sales campaignsDevelop and deliver promotional and educational supportCreate and implement territory converge planDrive sales results and market share by creating and executing regional business planIdentify sales opportunities through new or existing partnershipsConsult with Investment Professionals to help build their business through product knowledge, prospecting, lead generation, industry and competitive dataUnderstand the positioning of each Wealth product, to help influence initiatives that can further improve demand for the productsDeliver sales presentations for all distribution channels among IIROC, MFDA or MGA.Seek out new distribution partners/channelsEstablish and cultivate relationships with all distribution partners to understand and address their sales support needsProvide leadership to Inside Sales Representative and Sales Coordinator
