The Purple Sailor Project was created when many people began to see the importance of mental health services. PSP gives individuals, couples, and families a safe space to navigate major life changes or trauma. Through sessions, we give people the skills to help further themselves to heal and move through their issues. We use various therapeutic systems such as talk therapy, exposure, group, and CBT. The sessions are client based and we meet our clients where they are.We have successfully helped clients address past family traumas, communication issues within romantic couples,reignate intimacy post a sexual trauma, losing a parent/child, and so much more.
