Preceding his professional career, Jadin had spent nearly five years in multiple paraprofessional roles supporting children with differentiating levels of abilities - half of which spent internationally in Dubai. He considers himself strongly disciplined in the areas of diversity and inclusion, which are regularly applied at his current role for the Office of Family Engagement within the Syracuse City School District. His department has him stationed at the alternative, trauma-sensitive K-8 school, serving an economically-disadvantaged urban populace. He coordinates instructional, recreational and analytical programming for families of the school and community, as well as assists in the daily support of students. Such support extends beyond the regular school day through his role of Mentor Coach for the Building Men afterschool program, which he manages at his location with cohorts.He is also currently finishing his B.S. in Psychology.
