The Program’s mission is not only to help a diverse range of individuals access industry knowledge but also to provide a fair chance to underserved communities who are negatively affected by the war on drugs and have not had pathways to employment and ownership in the cannabis economy.

As the CSO, I successfully developed and re-engineered new and existing Stock Keeping Units (SKU) from conception to final design, resulting in a 50% profit margin increase. This initiative allowed better tracking of specific products in retail stores, warehouses, and other product centers. The particular design acknowledged earlier issues regarding data and inventory management. By establishing inventory management software processes and QuickBooks online, I ensured an organized launching of the company's website, attaining 144k organic followers on Instagram and 136k organic followers on Facebook. I revamped activities in procuring packaging and components, streamlined a product development process/database, and liaised directly with a China manufacturing partner in obtaining candidate producers and quoting various packages to develop quality control standards.
