Planned, managed, and executed foundational, strategic, and tactical qualitative research on Creators and fans and translated findings into a product strategy perspective for the Facebook Creators and IG Creators orgs and partner orgs. Conducted secondary research to form and socialize POVs on how to improve Creator, fan, and content consumption experiences across the Meta family of apps. Participated in working groups to form FB-wide strategy for Young Adults and IG-wide strategy for Teens & Teen-relevant Creators. Used subject-matter expertise to influence org strategy, guide tactical product decisions, and onboard other researchers. Created evergreen ‘Creator fandom and content consumption 101’ resources via research synthesis. Participated in a committee to improve UXR report quality. Created a resource with strategies for working efficiently as a UXR, which has been applied by research teams across the company.

Planned, managed, and ran qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods user research for five investment management platforms and CX strategy. Conducted exploratory research about client behavior, attitudes, and unmet needs and used the results to make actionable recommendations. Designed exploratory, descriptive, and evaluative surveys. Ran a jobs-to-be-done study and discovered solutions to the top unmet needs with follow-up research. Presented analyses to diverse groups of stakeholders with reports designed to address their specific requirements.
