I gained two and a half years of real estate experience with an award-winning, publicly traded cloud-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential real estate transactions. I utilized EXP Realty's technological resources and trainings to create a real estate brand called "Harbor Realty" which was named after a bitcoin ecash desktop wallet application. The idea was to create a real estate brand brokered by EXP Realty that bought and sold real estate utilizing blockchain, NFTs, cryptocurrency and web 3.0. At the time experts and leaders from top corporations were discussing ways to develop and facilitate these types of real estate transactions in their day-to-day business operations. The expansion of the terms and use of NFTs (crypto art) and blockchain technology were spearheaded by century old auction houses and famous real estate brokerages such as Christie's and Sotheby's in 2001. The idea was to be one of the original businesses to integrate cryptocurrency related products into real estate related transactions. Harbor Realty's marketing efforts focused on the highest-priced homes in Palm Springs, CA and Beverly Hills, CA. and involved working with billion-dollar brokers such as Williams & Williams (The Beverly Hills Estates Inc.) and Aaron Kirman (Christie's International Real Estate), and Patrick Stewart Properties in Palm Springs, Ca. Business operations included regularly attending weekly open houses, meeting agents representing the most expensive homes on the MLS and photographing and uploading photos onto social media in an effort to familiarize and network with the top names and homes in today's real estate market. Harbor Realty was designed to be a one-stop shop that provided expert resources to those wanting to use crypto related products to buy and sell luxury real estate.
