Based onsite providing for a medium sized Private Equity.• Supporting users across several countries with IT issues / queries.• Management and support of a multi-server environment comprising a mixture of physical and virtual servers running on Hyper-V environment. Servers comprising of Windows Server 2003 and later.• Management and support of desktop and mobile computers. Operating systems comprising of Windows 7, 10 and Mac OS.• Management of extensive AV suite comprising of a mixture of PCs, Cisco VC systems.• Providing user training on various IT systems.• Rolling out new systems / technologies to staff onsite.• Visiting client’s offices on regular basis for onsite support & project rollout.• Providing out of hours support at least 7 days a month.Please note that I originally started this role at Duostream Technologies Ltd until approx 2016 where the company was purchased by 6DG and folded into another acquisition, Capital Support. My role was TUPE'd across to 6DG approx September 2018.

London

Based on service desk in main office providing remote support to various clients across multiple sites.• Role involved logging support tickets & troubleshooting and resolving IT problems with client’s systems.• Monitoring server status and resolving problems as they arise, including, but not limited to low disk space alerts, service disruption and outages.• Assisting with projects for clients including but not limited to setting up new PCs and laptops, setting up and configuring new client sites.• Covering various shifts including weekend and night cover.• Management of helpdesk logging system & staff training on certain aspects.

Medway

• Part time work during my 2nd and 3rd years at University. (Please note that I did a sandwich year so I did not hold this role for the 2012/2013 academic year.)• Assisting students in lower years with various modules, however mainly towards modules involving programming & coding.• Acting as teaching assistant for a PHD student supervising a 2nd year programming practical class.

Antrim

Document control of building drawings and schedules for interior fitout company.• Good eye to detail required while confirming to ISO 9001 standard.• Use of multiple Document Management Systems to process and distribute documentation for projects.• Auditing obtained paperwork on a regular basis to ensure that up to date documentation was acquired.• Distributing paperwork to senior project members as and when they become available.• Training of onsite staff on document control procedures.
