· Design of Experiment and Gauge R&R to the equipment and process using the analysis of the data in statistical software as Minitab is.· Monitoring and reduction of the main offenders of scrap in the new processes.· Define and create a layout process for new product introduction, defining the operator quantity, lead time, equipment, balancing, time study, etc.· Create documentation to the equipment and process verification and/or validation as MAP, AM, AP, PLN, VAs, IQ, OQ, PQ, TP, TR, PFMEA, VMP, VMR, etc. for new products.· Run and document Pilot Builds, Clinical Samples and Process Verification and/or Validation, aligning to ergonomic and safety regulations.· Training production personnel on manufacturing process of new products and new documentation.· Support to Design and Manufacturing Engineering from Irvine CA in developing and introduction of new products to the Mexicali facility since the first stages.

· Create work instructions and test procedures based in engineering drawings.· Implement, evaluate and validate Engineering Change Orders (CO’s) in the process.· Solution to opportunity areas and improvements detected in the different processes, based in the analysis and static control of the process.· Presentation of scorecard to management weekly. Metrics as efficiency, yield, first pass yield, minutes per unit are presented with their respective corrective actions.
