Change In Motion provides home accessibility and safety evaluations for clients of all ages and abilities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. All services are tailored to meet client needs, including aging in place, fall prevention, accessibility, visitability, and improving daily energy levels.

I provide outpatient rehabilitation to Spanish-speaking and English-speaking patients to maximize recovery from orthopedic injuries in hands, wrists, and elbows. I also specialize in job safety and rehabilitation from work-related injuries, from pre-employment testing to worker injury rehabilitation and developing customized work conditioning programs. In my role at NovaCare Rehabilitation, I fabricate custom orthotic devices; complete initial evaluations; develop individualized intervention plans and home exercise programs; monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed; educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, symptoms, pain management, daily activities, and task adaptation to improve performance and prevent further injury; perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs); supervise occupational therapy students; and train co-workers in creating customized work conditioning programs and completing post-offer employment tests to assess work fitness level and prevent injuries at a variety of job sites.
