In this role, I am responsible for ensuring patients have a smooth check-in and check-out process, answering phone calls, responding to emails, faxing important documents, communicating with insurance companies and patient employers, maintaining patient confidentiality, addressing the needs of the medical staff, and servicing as the patients’ initial experience in the clinic. As a front office specialist, I have showcased my customer service skills and professionalism, ability to tackle multiple responsibilities at once, success at learning several systems quickly, and ability to think on my feet to reach optimal results.

As a competitive gymnastics coach at Gage, I played a large variety of roles, assisting a range of levels and skill ability. As a coach, I took pride in not only guiding my athletes to be better performers and provide a safe environment to do so, but maintained open communication channels between myself, the athlete, and their parents, allowing practices to be a safe place to voice their feelings and concerns. For my teams, I created and implemented daily plans, edited as needed to benefit each athlete individually. While coaching my first team, I was able to take the athletes from last place at nationals, to winning second place as a team within the space of a year. During the summer seasons, I served as a camp coach, assisting athletes from all around the nation as they trained for a week at Gage. In this role, I showcased my leadership skills, dedication, commitment to my team, and ability to succeed at juggling several responsibilities at once.
