Front Office Specialist
CurrentIn this role, I am responsible for ensuring patients have a smooth check-in and check-out process, answering phone calls, responding to emails, faxing important documents, communicating with insurance companies and patient employers, maintaining patient confidentiality, addressing the needs of the medical staff, and servicing as the patients’ initial experience in the clinic. As a front office specialist, I have showcased my customer service skills and professionalism, ability to tackle multiple responsibilities at once, success at learning several systems quickly, and ability to think on my feet to reach optimal results.
