Part of The Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE), which focuses on Azure technology consulting for applications and analytics, Power BI, and the Power Platform plus Dynamics 365.

- Develop the BI roadmap & strategy that aligns with company’s business goals and partner with business users to plan, prepare and execute end to end BI solutions.- Architect and implement the cloud data warehouse (Azure AS, Snowflake) and ETL tool (Power Query, Alteryx) to collect and standardize the disparate data sources, laying the foundation for BI infrastructure and data democratization.- Design and schedule ETL workflows and create Power BI / Tableau dashboards to increase internal stakeholders’ productivity and help make data-driven decisions

- Plan, budget and execute IT initiatives and serve as the main strategic advisor to the Executives on all technology needs.- Transformed the on-premise data center to Hyper-V private cloud then successfully migrated the entire virtual production systems to Azure using a co-location and ExpressRoute- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure that includes the data center and remote offices using AWS and Azure for off-site storage and redundancy.- Successfully outsourced internal first tier Help Desk to MSP to improve the overall customer service and SLAs.- Hired and coached IT team members, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.

- Worked in DevOps team, building and managing virtual Redhat Enterprise Linux Servers on VMWare ESX servers- Managed distributed AIX production servers for the CAD/CAM department.

- Completed a major server consolidation of replacing several IBM p-series and i-series, which greatly reduced the monthly IT maintenance cost and labor.- Architected and built UNIX platforms and SAN storage, managed ERP (Oracle) application.
