Multitasking was key in this kitchen. I was responsible for keeping up with dishes throughout the day, while prepping food and running service. I made salads and paninis to order during the lunch/dinner rush. Was also responsible for opening and closing the kitchen depending on the shift.

Started as dishwasher where I kept up with dishes during shift. Promoted to raw bar where I shucked oysters and clams in a 5 minute time to order. Moved up to prep cook where I prepped food and items needed for the day. Finally worked up to line, where I ran the line, plated dishes, and then expedited the dish. Was also responsible for opening or closing the kitchen depending on my shift.

Delivered food on time, excellent customer service, closed down restaurant
