As an accomplished IT Support Professional with a Google IT Support Professional Certificate and over 8 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, I have developed skills in technical support, conflict resolution, and customer service. My technical skills include troubleshooting, ticketing systems, operating systems installation, software configuration, and networking, along with proficiency in Windows, Linux, DNS, system administration, computer programming, auditing, and cloud concepts.I am a graduate of the intensive IT program at Merit America, where I developed my skills in troubleshooting, networking, customer support, systems administration, and security. I have also completed additional skill development coursework on Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Spiceworks ticketing system. In addition, I hold a Pharmacy Tech License from Everest College.My experience as a Bus Operator at Greyhound and LMTA has honed my ability to create a safe and friendly travel experience for customers while managing a high volume of passengers and navigating challenging traffic conditions. I have also developed strong conflict resolution skills, which I have applied daily to deescalate disputes among passengers.As a Pharmacy Tech at Harbor UCLA, I gained experience in sterilizing and compounding IV bags, conducting daily audits of controlled substances, and refilling medications throughout the facility.
