Purchasing & Stock Audit Supervisor

• Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested from production drawings with cabinet drawings and quality review listed items• Collect proforma invoice from overseas vendors and maintains PO filing system• Facilitates and investigates production related issues from the manufacturers, ensures responsible parties providing solutions in timely manner and meet the production deadlines• Provides purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends• Works with 2 branches (Atlanta Kitchen and Atlanta Marble Manufacturer) on weekly raw material cycle count and issues replenishment POs• Conducts monthly inventory audit, provides support to accounting department’s month-end balance sheet adjustment and journal entry• Manage, build, and develop data/reports on pricing, inventory, and sales forecasting using designated platform and program• Work collaboratively to meet teams’ goal and deadline and communicate/negotiate with multiple vendors to source materials with best cost value• Control and assist billing, issuing, receiving, analyzing, and adjusting inventory by teaming up with Operations, accounting, and productions departments• Track and follow up with vendors on all order status and logistics to absolutely make sure that Production department has what they need to meet deadlines• Use DMAIC methodology to minimize process, defects, and errors on procurement and inventory control process• Successfully decreased inventory level by using remnants, offering promotions on outdated inventory which decreased average $200,000 quarterly from January 2019 to 2021 and still decreasing inventory value currently
