Jae Murphy is an influential music connoisseur, world class DJ, recording artist, executivemusic producer, songwriter, & actor. After graduating from Howard University in May 2012,Murphy relocated the same year to LA to pursue his passion for music &entertainment. From working early with artists such as Kendrick Lamar, French Montana,Wale, & Eric Bellinger; Jae Murphy catapulted his career in April 2015 & became the officialtour DJ for Jason Derulo.From 2015 - 2022, Murphy became a global force performing internationally across Europe,Asia, Africa, North America, South America, & even Australia. Jae says working as JasonDerulo’s official DJ changed his life & educated him in “unpredictably great ways that haveguided my artistry.” From Wembley Stadium to Good Morning America to Jimmy Kimmel, &even to the 2017 NFL Thanksgiving Day Halftime Show, Jae Murphy continued to use music toentertain a diverse audience and deliver a timeless & universal sound.After the global pandemic came to an end, Murphy's passion for music & entertainmentskyrocketed even further. Also this year, Jae Murphy was the official BETAWARDS Red Carpet Live DJ for the second year in a row.At the end of summer 2023 Jae Murphy released two singles back to back to re-merge in themusic scene as an artist.
