Cayuse is a cloud-based software suite designed to help users manage and track grant research.• Completed a new product design to place and streamline orders within Animal Procurement during a short three-week design cycle.• Led large-scale UX Research initiative identifying customer use of current software. Applied a semi-structured interview format with users and tracked feedback.• Produced detailed Service Blueprint Maps for the product team that pinpointed a future MVP model for the next program rewrite.
