• Supply chain leader of Solar Business, supervising a team of 3 demand planners and 1 order specialist to insure supply chain related performances are achieved while driving continuous improvement.• Lead S&OP meetings with sales, product management, marketing and operations to resolve weekly key issues and align consensus forecast to finalize weekly/monthly rolling plans.• Provide demand visibility and improvement plans by analyzing industry trend, historical data, forecast variances, account sell-out & inventory trends and sales opportunities vs. risk factors to improve SFA , DIO, long-term inventory rate, OTD, fill rate and rolling plan accuracy.• Develop and manage CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) process for Solar business to initiate sell-in/out forecast with key customers and improved SFA and inventory level through analysis of channel inventory and sell-through data• Lead cross-functional communication and efforts between sales, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, operations, finance and administrative departments to enhance supply chain, order management and fulfillment activities as well as cost saving initiatives such as direct shipments and distribution optimization• Continuously manage category demand verses actual performance by analyzing the variance and initiate appropriate solutions to optimize inventory level, to ensure marketing strategies and sales programs are accurately represented in the forecast

• Responsible for demand management, PSI (production/sales/inventory) planning and daily operations of optical disk drives (DVD-RW, Blu-ray) for Dell, HP, Lenovo and washer & dryers for Sears Kenmore OEM brand.• Coordinated phase in/out with manufacturing, sales, marketing and logistics to optimize inventory level, lead-time, DIO, logistics cost and collaborated with channel partners regarding forecast sell through, seasonality, promotions, sell in, inventory position and trends.• Ascertain logistics best practices to identify new and unique programs to differentiate customer from the marketplace and drive customer satisfaction. (direct shipment, VMI, EDI)

• Responsible for supply chain planning, demand management and import logistics for a midsize clothing manufacturing company with two overseas manufacturing sites that sell through hundreds of local clothing shops and regional chain stores.• Liaison for sales, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, marketing and administration to enhance supply chain, order fulfillment, on-time delivery and optimize inventory level and logistics cost.
