I am responsible for both incubator units JBG currently run. this includes marketing, initial engagement, conducting building tours, preparing Leases, agreeing deals and continuous support. these incubators are targeted at new start businesses that have been trading for less than 12 months but are not exclusively for them. the objective is to create an environment that will encourage collaborative working and internal mentoring. I am always on hand to give support and guidance to the business owners on a broad range of issues or just to be an outlet for their frustrations. This new role is an expansion to the Business Advisor role and now combines Business Development, and Tenant Management. While I am still supporting new start businesses to enter the market place, I am also out in the field delivering Enterprise Information sessions to partner organisations and independent organisations across Glasgow. In addition to this I have taken on the role of sourcing and managing the new businesses moving in to our Incubation units, currently in the old Govan Jail and Ladywell Business Center with further expansion to happen this year.
