Accepted a supervisory role to the Starship Technologies location at UCLA’s sister site, UCI in Irvine, CA. Developed a remote skill set where I managed a team at another campus, keeping order numbers consistently high for the area, coaching and training new hires, developing new relationships with Merchant Partners and growing the business on a localized level. Took on additional responsibilities such as actually working with the robots on a mechanical level to keep fleet health numbers up and clean, to be ready to perform service at a high level. Would additionally perform more of an auditing role at other sites I visited, getting those sites set up to perform to the desired standards. This entails assisting with launching new campuses, training new employees across the country, and consistently delivering high quality work, while also being extremely focused on my local teams of high performing Fleet Attendants at UCLA and UCI. Other key points of focus are constant monitoring of KPIs, achieving Quarterly OKRs and spearheading and completing multiple special projects aimed at saving the Field Operations department extra time, money, and labor.
