Essentials duties: Coordinate and manage the work directly with the Metallurgical Accounting in providing daily operational support to assist in monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting production performance. This includes to:- Prepares daily flash and production reports as required- Daily Control shipment assay certificate documentation.- Monitors performance of ore processing facilities at the concentrator.- Plans and implements long and short term activities for metallurgical accounting.- Organizes work in an efficient and productive manner.- Coordinate with groups such as Mining, Marketing, Accounting and Internal audit concerning production reconciliations.- Establish standard metallurgical accounting practices and procedures. Gathers data and verifies the accuracy and reliability of the data.- Assures compliance with established procedures and quality assurance methods. Coordinate and manage the work directly with the Contracted Analytical Laboratory Manager in managing process including data management, return assay handling, assay and exchange procedure, certificate preparation, liaison with Standard and Reference and ITS Laboratory, etc.Responsible for Shipping document as TML certificate, Shipper declaration, Provisional certificate, Final certificate  Analysis of plant and mine operating data to identify potential opportunities for revenue improvement and cost savings initiatives.

Essentials Duties:Maintain equipment information (manuals, parts manuals, drawings, data and operating statistics) and collect operating equipment temperature readings.Raise and close work orders, identify, order and inspect parts and equipment orders, pick up and deliver parts.Research work requirements, create work schedules and inspect problem parts and equipment.Schedule internal and external repairs, and trace parts and equipment repair status.Record pressure readings and collect operating equipment temperature readings.Maintain a safe and neat work area and report defects, incidents and unsafe conditions.Coach others to undertake the tasks of the Scheduler - Process and perform as the supervisor.
