Publications management for US based client including delivery of publication plan (congress submissions/presentations, various types of manuscripts), using metrics to drive publication development, day to day liaison with client contacts across the globe to ensure efficient and timely publication delivery.

Administrative support for the Managing Director and Sales Director. Health and Safety COSHH assessment and risk assessment alongside Factory Manager.

Administration duties for two new courses in production. Editing, formatting and proof reading draft course materials. Preparation and distribution of manuscripts for course team, publishers, editors, indexers, etc. Creating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the asset management system.

Demonstrating printing equipment in the print shop on open days. Assisting on the front desk and in the cafeteria. Assisting with the restoration of artefacts.
