As a graduate student studying forensic science with a specialization in investigations, I am passionate about making a positive impact in the world. My goal is to use my education and skills to contribute to the improvement of our justice system and the well-being of our communities.Through my studies, I have gained a deep understanding of the complexities of the criminal justice system and the various societal issues that contribute to crime. I have also honed my critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which I believe are crucial in this field.Aside from my academic pursuits, I have also taken on an internship with Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office and volunteer opportunities to gain practical experience. These experiences have allowed me to work with diverse populations and have given me a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the criminal justice field.
